It hit Business Week’s Top 10 business booklist shortly after it was released. Kimberly Watson-Hemphill was previously a partner with Accenture and a Vice President of George Group Consulting. Now she has founded her own consulting company, Firefly Consulting, and is on the faculty of the Acton School of Business, an MBA program in entrepreneurship based in Austin, Texas.
