Patricia Russell-McCloud

Patricia Russell-McCloud is a spellbinding professional orator identified by Black Enterprise magazine as one of the top five business motivators in America. Her dynamic oratorical style of delivery is rooted in a foundation of research and statistical data.Patricia makes more than 100 speeches annually. Her most recent literary work, A Is For Attitude: An Alphabet for Living, uses the alphabet as a touchstone.

Russell-McCloud‘s analytical ability to substantively address issues, including achieving excellence, assuming leadership, managing workplace diversity, women and youth issues, business ownership, and business operation, has motivated numerous audiences to make a positive difference. She has been the speaker of choice for corporations, foundations, school districts, government agencies, colleges and universities, and civic and community organizations throughout the United States, the Caribbean, Great Britain, South Africa and West Africa.

The Elks Oratorical award winning Russell-McCloud is President of a speaking association. A native of Indianapolis, Indiana, she is a graduate of Kentucky State University and Howard University School of Law. She completed intensive study in law at Harvard University, and served as Chief of the Complaints Branch, Broadcast Bureau for the Federal Communications Commission, Washington, DC.

As the Immediate Past National President of The Links, Inc. and The Links Foundation, Inc., Patricia Russell-McCloud was visionary and purposeful in leadership. She ensured an era of organizational change for betterment. The Links, Inc. is a 52 year old civic minded organization of 12,000 empowered African American women who provide volunteer service. The Links have 272 chapters in 40 states, the District of Columbia, Nassau, Bahamas, and Frankfurt, Germany.
