Theodore Loht

Theodore Loht is a science teacher at Thoreau Middle School in Fairfax, Va. Over Loht‘s 10 years of teaching at both the elementary and middle school levels, he has served in many leadership roles, including mentor, professional learning community leader, and science department chair. Ted Loht has a master’s degree in the integration of technology in the classroom from George Mason University and is especially interested in using technology to facilitate student achievement.

Over the past two years, Ted Loht has been working closely on the design, content, and implementation of the ASPIRE Assessment System. He has been instrumental in the planning and delivery of administrator and teacher training on the ASPIRE Assessment System to numerous faculties throughout Fairfax County, Va.
