Newsflash!! Public speaker, real estate expert, and TV personality Egypt Sherrod has signed on for a new show with HGTV. The Property Virgins host is taking her home genius to the streets of Atlanta for her new show, Flipping Virgins.
While Property Virgins has been helping first time homebuyers find their dream homes and work the real estate system, Flipping will assist in the re-doing and refurnishing of homes. Set to take place in Georgia, Flipping will debut for the 2015-2016 season.
Live in a 45 minute radius from Atlanta? You can star on Flipping! You must be at least 21 years old, and be renovating a fixer-upper for the first time.
Sherrod has been with HGTV since Property debuted in 2006. She has a degree from Temple University. Sherrod is also the author of the book, Keep Calm…It’s Just Real Estate: Your No-Stress Guide To Buying A Home. She is also the CEO of the Egypt Sherrod Real Estate Group.
Aside from her real estate ventures, Sherrod travels the country as a motivational speaker.
