As former Director of The Career Center, California State Northridge, Adele Scheele established a career success model for learning institutions. She has presented the opening and closing seminars for MBA programs for Wharton, UCLA, and The Monterey Institute for International Policies. Adele Scheele also conducts success seminars for Vanderbilt University’s alumni groups.

Adele Scheele earned her bachelor’s degree form the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree from California Sate University, Northridge as an English Fellow, and a Ph.D. from UCLA with honors as a Change Management Fellow. Her dissertation “Careering: Identifying Critical Career Competences from Everyday Lawyering” has been used as a model for universities and research.
