
Scott Hamilton is best known as an Olympic Champion figure skater, skating analyst, and cancer + 3x pituitary brain tumor survivor. Scott’s life story is about the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. It’s about the great days and the tough days and how he finds faith and joy through them all. Scott remains loved and sought after, over 30 years after his Olympic win, as witnessed by nearly 30 million views of his People.com interview in October 2016, followed by the docuseries Scott Hamilton Today, on PEN (People Entertainment Weekly Network). He continues to work as Figure Skating Analyst for NBC, and will be covering the 2018 Olympic Winter Games (his 8th Olympics). He is a noted author, with best seller, Landing It, 1999; The Great Eight, 2009; and his 3rd book, Finish First: Winning Changes Everything, to be released in February 2018.
Scott serves as Founder/CEO of the Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation, which funds research that fights cancer and spares the patient. He also is the Founder of the Scott Hamilton Skating Academy at Ford Ice Center in Antioch, TN, where he frequently coaches the next generation of skaters and shares his love of skating.
In what little free time remains, Scott can be found on the golf course, but his favorite thing to do is spend time with his wife Tracie and four children.
