He has worked with top executives and high potential leaders across many industries including pharmaceuticals, technology, and consumer goods. Stephen Parker helps individual leaders and leadership teams mobilize talent to quantifiably improve business performance.
Previously, Stephen Parker built and led a Global Consulting Group for BlessingWhite, an international leadership development firm. During his 17 years with BlessingWhite, Stephen Parker was Managing Director in London and led sales and consulting in the US out of Chicago, and then Princeton. He has worked with a wide range of prestigious clients, including PwC, Estee Lauder, Sanofi-Aventis, PepsiCo, Unilever, Analog Devices, New York Life, and King Pharmaceutical.
His recent coaching assignments have included international CEOs at a $28B professional services firm, Global SVP of Sales & Marketing at a $3B technology company, Head of Marketing at a $3B Pharmaceutical company and Global Head of Oncology R&D at a $50B pharmaceutical company.
Stephen Parker holds a B.Sc. in Physics from Imperial College in London, where he began his career in a variety of banking and OD roles for Lloyds Bank.
Stephen Parker has presented at the UC Irvine Chancellor’s Leadership forum, the Society for Human Resources Management Annual Strategy Conference, the Society for Pharmaceutical & Biotech (SPBT) Conference, the Synygy Sales Effectiveness Conference and at Linkage’s Annual Leadership and Coaching Conference.

As comfortable on the playing field as he is in the boardroom, Stephen Parker has played rugby at an international level and serves on the board of Princeton Soccer Association. He lives in Princeton, NJ, with his wife MaryBeth, and children Liam, Bridget and Dominic.
