When Pacific Bell opened its local market, Debra Pestrak developed and implemented strategies that achieved zero base loss and has never lost a multi-million dollar contract she negotiated. Debra Pestrak has a degree in business administration and management, while achieving extensive training in Neuro Linguistic Programming.
