
Katya Andresen is Chief Digital and Analytics Officer of Cigna, a Fortune 12 global health service company working to make health care simple, affordable, and predictable. Prior to joining Cigna, Katya was Senior Vice President of Card Customer Experience at Capital One, focusing on creating and delivering an integrated, end-to-end experience for customers across all touchpoints with a team that included customer insights, digital product and experience, brand, performance marketing, content marketing, design, and Capital One Cafes. Before joining Capital One, Katya served in executive roles for technology-driven companies, as CEO of the education technology company Cricket Media and COO and CSO of Network for Good, a payments platform and SaaS enterprise solution for digital giving and social actions that was founded by AOL, Yahoo! and Cisco. Katya guest lectures at Georgetown University’s business school and has served as an adjunct professor at the American University Key Executive Leadership Program. Earlier in her career, Katya was a foreign correspondent for Reuters News and Television in Asia and for Associated Press and major U.S. newspapers in Africa.
